Kirsten Carlson

Kirsten Carlson is a market savvy real estate counselor from the Seattle Metro market area with over 20 years of experience working in complex transactions and multimillion dollar investment deals. In 2018 she relocated her family to Boise, looking for a slower pace. Little did she know that Boise, Idaho would become one of the hottest markets in the country.

Her personality, combined with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and knowledge of the current Real Estate Market and leadership make her the right solution for any buyer/seller or investor looking for a smooth real estate transaction.

Nick Thomas

Nick Thomas, a local 5th generation Idahoan and real estate advisor. Nick has a passion for helping people and striving for excellence in professionalism and service. Nick is a Broker Associate, Top-Producing Partner with Accel Educated at both the University of Idaho and Boise State University. He obtained two degrees before starting a career in computers and technology.

Nick’s passion for being in real estate is driven by the challenges it sometimes poses and is enhanced by the creativity required to provide the solution his clients need. A strength of his is keeping people calm when the road gets rocky and helping them see solutions they never thought were an option.

His ability to analyze market conditions, and his keen understanding of how to facilitate transactions, is what empowers his business approach. He believes the highest level of customer service along with a personable approach are the keys success.
