I would always recommend Kirsten Carlson. I started looking for a house in early 2008 and picked Kirsten as my realtor. Every experience I had with her was nothing short of wonderful. She went out of her way to make sure I got the house I wanted. When the seller started waffling and wanting to back out, she made every effort possible to keep it going. She worked with the finance, the sellers, and I to make sure everything clicked perfectly. When the seller started “denying” agreements they made, Kirsten made sure that they were kept as much as possible, even sacrificing her financial gain to make sure I was happy and got the house I wanted. She made sure that all the inspection work got done. She even managed to make it work when the sellers were not ready by the agreed upon timeline. After purchasing my house through Kirsten, I would and have recommended her to my friends as the entire experience was not only easy, but fun with her.
